It is never too late to get started! The sooner the better. Our sessions are progressive and allow for our players to gain knowledge of the game while still working on their fundamentals. The more consistent a player shows up, the more they grow.

We offer sessions for grades 3 through 8 for boys and girls!

All sessions feature a baseline level of fundamentals that focus on ball-handling, passing, and finishing/shooting.
Each session works for 90 minutes and begins on time.
Sample Curriculum Outline:
5 Minutes - Dynamic Stretches
15 Minutes - Dynamic Warmup that includes a mixture of ball-handling, passing, & finishing/shooting
30 Minutes - 2 Team Concepts (1 Offense / 1 Defense)
15 Minutes - Skill Emphasis of the Day
20 Minutes - Small-Sided or Program Competitive Games
5 Minutes - Free Throws & Practice Conclusion, Program Talk
